Spicy Egg Puff step by step

Mix yeast with warm water and 1 tsp sugar and keep covered for 10 minutes to activate the yeast..

In a large bowl take maida, egg, sugar, mixed herb, milk and yeast mix..

Knead a dough for 10-15 min and then keep covered for 1 hr in a warm place for proofing..

For the filling heat oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 5 min.
Now add the onion slices and saute until translucent..
- Add salt, biryani masala, garam masala powder and mix everything well.
Now add the halfed boiled egg pieces. Mix with the masala very well..
- Now punch the proved dough to remove extra air.
Take out pieces from the dough. Roll in a square shape..
