Pour boiled yam into the egg mixture.Place pan on heat add two tablespoon of vegetable oil allow to get hot for 1min..

Then put the yam rubbed in egg,pour in the pan to fry after 2min flip other side to cook for 2 min..

Do the same for the second portion and serve sprinkle scent leaf and serve in a plate enjoy with a cup of tea very delicious..
