One pot mango chilli chicken noodles. Spicy, versatile, saucy and just the best excuse to throw in whatever veggies seem to be going bad in the fridge, just like you do for a Chow mein. This one pot chicken and noodles is inspired by a Chinese dish called La. Ji, that one of my friends from China introduced me too.

This one has a tropical flavor that fuses with Thai/ Asian/ Chinese cuisine.

Now when the chicken cook completely add vegetables and sauté for 2, 3 minutes (don’t change colour) set a side,then make a sauce add chicken stock and all the spices and sauces stir it continuely then add 1 tbsp of cornflour for medium thick consistency then add chicken, vegetables nand noodles, mix it well at end switch off the flame then add soring onions..

  6. Now one pot mango spicy 🌶 chicken noodles is ready to serve..
