Once combined cover with a damp cloth to rise for an hour.

Take dough out and add to lightly oiled skillet.

Leave to rise another 30 mins covered.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees C..

Drizzle olive oil, salt and rosemary over top of the bread.

Slash top with a knife in an X.

Bake for 35-40 mins.
Strain oil, reserving for other uses.
