Bread Upma is made by cooking bread pieces in a spicy tempering made of chillies, onions, tomatoes, fresh curry leaves and mild spice powders.

First dry toast bread on a pan and cut bread in small square pieces.

Heat oil in pan add asafoetida, cumin seeds and mustard seeds,curry leaves and chopped green chilli.

Now add all chopped veggies except bread and let it cook..

Now add dry Masala and 1/2 cup water and salt to taste and let it boil.

Now add bread pieces and mix well and cook for a few seconds.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
