  1. Pre heat oven(120โ€™ or low heat). Take all the wooden bit of the kale off and finely chopped some of the bigger pieces. Lay them on a baking tray, drizzle with good olive oil, sugar..

  2. Add some sesame seeds, salt then mix well..

  3. Add some chilli flakes on top and bake in the oven on low heat for about 15 min, then use spatula turn them over and back it for another 5-10 min.

  4. Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top if prefer. Itโ€™s so delicious and healthier snack to have..
