Take Olive Oil in a pan. Add Chopped Ginger and Garlic to it. Roast it for few minutes on low flame..

Add water and Green Chillies to it and cook for 10 minutes or till the water evaporates..

Remove it from flame and let it cool completely..

Add Vinegar, Salt, Sugar and Dhanya Jeera Powder to it..

Grind this mixture to smooth paste. Green Chillie Sauce is ready..

Preserved in refrigerator for 3 to 4 months..
