Take a bowl and put besan in it….then add ajwain, dry masalas, coriander leaves,lemon juice and salt and make a batter by adding little water…It should not be thin or too thick..

Then take 2 bread slices… Put the cheese slice in one bread,and cover it with the other slice of bread.

Then cut the bread….And dip the slice in the besan batter…Coat it from all sides…similarly do the remaining bread….

Heat oil in a kadhai and when hot add in the coated bread pieces…..

Deep fry them till nicely crisp and brown from both sides…..
