When you want homemade bread, but you don't have the time or patience to wait for yeast to work its magic, this homemade soda bread with fresh herbs is just the loaf you'll want to make!
You need only five ingredients to make it (plant milk, bicarbonate of soda, lemon juice, plain flour and a pinch of salt) and then it's just a case of mixing the lemon juice with the plant milk before combining it with the flour, salt and bicarb, shaping into a loaf and baking!
Alternatively, this No Buttermilk Soda Bread is great with a simple salad, a vegetable stew, a curryβ¦or whatever you want to pair it with!
