Ingredients of Quinoa mango pudding

  1. It’s 1 cup of quinoa.

  2. Prepare 4 cup of milk.

  3. You need 1/2 cup of mango crush/ mango pulp.

  4. It’s 1/4 cup of sugar.

  5. It’s 1/2 cup of condensed milk.

  6. You need 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder.

  7. Prepare 10 g of chinagrass.

  8. You need of # for mango jelly.

  9. Prepare 1/2 cup of mango crush.

  10. Prepare 5 g of chinagrass.

  1. Quinoa ko wash karke rakhe. milk ko boil karein..

  2. Boiled milk me quinoa add karein.jab tak quinoa soft ho tab tak continue chalate jaye..

  3. Jab milk sukh jaye tab condensed milk, mango crush, sugar, cardamom powder and chinagrass(5 min milk me soak kiya hua)dale. Jab mixture thick ho jaye tab Grease kiye mould ya bowl me dal kar 2 hour freeze me set hone rakhe. Set hone par demould karein..

  4. Mango jelly banane ke liye chinagrass ko 5 minutes water me soak karein.Mango crush ko garam karein.chinagrass (with water) ko add karein.Jab chinagrass mix ho jaye tab Grease ki hui plate me dal kar freeze me set karein..

  5. Plating karne ke liye jelly ko circle shape me cut karein.plate me jelly rakhkr uper pudding rakhe fir se jelly and caramel net rakhkr serve karein..

This quinoa pudding is made with bananas, milk, and vanilla.

It is a great basic pudding recipe to take in whatever direction you choose.

I used a fine mesh strainer so the quinoa doesn't fall through.

For a creamy/rich quinoa pudding I used coconut milk but you are more than welcome to use another plant based milk i.e almond, cashew etc.

When the water boils, reduce the heat to a simmer and place a lid over the pot.
