  1. In a bowl add Jowar flour, Bajra flour, baking soda, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and yogurt. Mix well.

  2. Add water to make a soft dough..

  3. Roll it and make 1-2 balls. Grease Idli tray and pour the mix. Steam for 20 mins. Cool completely.

  4. Break into 1” roundrels.

  5. In a pan heat oil and add mustard seed and sesame seed. Fry the Balls until golden in colour. About 7-8 mins in low heat.

  6. Plate and garnish with grated coconut and chopped coriander and enjoy.
