Balti paneer step by step

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a kadai.

  2. Add red chillies, sliced ginger, garlic, cashews and saute for a few seconds..

  11. Pour water as required and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

  12. Gravy is ready, take off heat and keep aside.

  13. In a pan heat 1 tsp oil.

  14. Add paneer, salt, kitchn king masala, red chilli powder, kasuri methi, garam masala powder and saute for a minute.

  15. Reheat the gravy, add fried paneer and some water.

  16. Cook for 1-2 minutes on low flame.

  17. Balti paneer is ready, serve hot.
