Recipe: Yummy Salad raita Delicious, fresh and tasty.

Salad raita. Serve this cool, refreshing salad with my Lamb Tagine and Moroccan Couscous on this site. Make the salad early in the day and keep in the refrigerator to let the flavors blend and intensify. Add more mint to taste, but do not substitute dried mint; the flavor is just not the same.

It made me think of cucumber raita, that great cooling Indian condiment.

Cucumber Raita aka Kheera Raita or Shoshar Raita is very easy to make and a very refreshing condiment.

Raita is a famous Indian condiment prepared with Doi/ Dahi (Yogurt/ curd).

You can cook Salad raita using 8 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you cook that.

Ingredients of Salad raita

  1. You need 1 bowl of Yoghurt.

  2. You need of Onion 2 small.

  3. It’s 1 of Tomato.

  4. It’s 1 of Cucumber.

  5. Prepare 1 tsp of Pisa hua zeera.

  6. You need 1/2 tsp of Chaat masala.

  7. It’s to taste of Salt.

  8. It’s 1/2 tsp of Pisi Hui Kali mirch.

Some people add the tempering to it however, I do not like to add the tempering to the Cucumber Raita.

Quinoa has been given the "Superfoods' title for awhile and has been wearing the tiara like a true princess!

It is a great addition to all the grains and seeds we eat to keep our carb count down and our protein intake high while still being a vegan.

  1. Aik bowl ma all vegetables small pieces ma cut karle..

  2. Phir sab spices vegetables ma daal kar mix karle. Then beat dahi in separate bowl..

  3. Add dahi in vegetables and mix it..

  4. Mazedaar raita tayyar…..

  5. Serve with matar pulao,tahari etc..
