Recipe: Delicious Minced Goat Meat Sauce Delicious, fresh and tasty.

Minced Goat Meat Sauce. Great recipe for Minced Goat Meat Sauce. I had Goat Meats, fresh corn and wanted something special, so I used the food processor to Miced the meat, used lot of fresh veggies and the rest is history. It's eazy yet very tasty and healthy.

I have used ground beef before and ground moose (long story;) in addition to the lamb.

  1. You need 1/2 kg of Goat meat chopped finely or you can use the food processo.

  2. Prepare 3 of cob of fresh sweet corn, removed.

  3. It’s 4 of carrots.

  4. You need of Spring onions.

  5. Prepare 1 of Green pepper.

  6. It’s of Red chilli pepper.

  7. Prepare of Onions chopped.

  8. Prepare of Garlic 1 tsp chopped.

  9. Prepare of Fresh Ginger grated (1tablespoon).

  10. Prepare 1/2 teaspoons of black pepper.

  11. It’s of Fresh thyme.

  12. It’s of Fresh curry leave.

  13. It’s 1 spoon of or less of corn flour/ starch.

  14. Prepare of Stock cubes 1.

  15. Prepare of Salt.

And I know that my grandmother's version was probably made with beef.

Goat Recipe Directions: Mix ground goat meat with spices.

Add in the minced onion and cayenne pepper.

Run the meat through a meat grinder.

Minced Goat Meat Sauce instructions

  1. Miced up the Goat meat. Season up with garlic, ginger, onions, chilli pepper, salt, fresh thyme, and some curry leaves. Allow it to rest for 20mins on before boiling till meat is tender..

  2. Cut up all the veggie into desired sizes….

  3. In a stock pan, a little oil, add onions, garlic, ginger and stir..

  4. Add the sweet corn, (mind you the corn was very soft, the was no need to parboil), pour in the meat, allow to simmer..

  5. Add the green pepper, chilli pepper, spring oinions, fresh thyme, salt and last of the grated fresh ginger… The aroma at this point is wow…ЁЯШЙ.

  6. Taste, add the carrot, curry leaves and a little bit of water if necessary,. Black pepper, and(may I add that the black pepper, fresh chopped red chilli peppers, and green pepper all work together to give this Sauce a very unique taste) corn flour to thicken the sauce….

  7. Allow to simmer for a min and your Miced Goat meats Sauce is ready..

  8. You can eat with Rice, boiled potatoes or Plantain. From the picture above, I had mine with Rice and Dodo and it was just delish..

Allow to marinate in the refrigerator at least a few hours, or overnight.

Form into four flat kabob skewers.

Grill kabobs until cooked to your liking, turning only once.
