Ingredients of Spicy Lasagna

  1. It’s 1 of Mince 300-400g.

  2. You need 9 of Seasonings: Peri Peri, Chill, Chill Flakes, Paprika, Salt, Crushed Black Pepper, Frozen Chill/Basil, Oregano.

  3. Prepare 2 of Sauces: Spicy Tomato & Mushroom, White Lasagna.

Add the flour and stir with a wooden spoon until lightly toasted.

Place three lasagna noodles lengthwise in pan.

Mexican Lasagna has delicious layers of taco seasoned ground beef, refried beans, flour tortillas, sour cream and cheese.

Spicy Lasagna step by step

  1. Generously add all seasonings except frozen chilli/basil & oregano (add them at the end).

  2. Fry mince until lightly browned and then drain.

  3. Add tomato & mushroom sauce to mince & let simmer for about 5-10 mins on gas mark 3.

  4. Pour mince into lasagne dish onto a layer of sheets. Add more sheets onto the mince and pour white sauce on top.

  5. Spread frozen chilli/basil & oregano on top. Place in oven for 35-40 mins, gas mark 4..

  6. Serve with chips, wedges or whatever you want.

One of my favorite Mexcican casseroles.

It can be loaded up with toppings for more flavor.

My favorites are chopped fresh cilantro, diced avocado.
