Peppered Goat Meat. Peppered Goat Meat, commonly known as Asun in Nigeria, is a finger-licking, lip-smacking combination of roasted goat meat sautéed in spicy habanero and red bell peppers, that is so delicious, you'll almost be tempted to eat it all in one sitting! Cut the goat meat into big chunks. Make sure you cut the chunks with the goat skin.

Peppered goat meat I had a visitor and was thinking of a simple meal to prepare,search cookpad and got what i wanted.

You can cook Peppered Goat Meat using 6 ingredients and 2 steps. Here is how you cook that.

Ingredients of Peppered Goat Meat

  1. Prepare 1 kg of Goat meat.

  2. Prepare 1/4 kg of Fresh pepper.

  3. Prepare of Salt.

  4. You need 2 cubes of Star.

  5. It’s 2 of Onion.

  6. Prepare 1 teaspoon of Mixed spices.

Chop the Grilled Goat meat into bitesize chunks.

Set a Wok or Skillet on medium heat.

When it's hot, add the coarsely chopped peppers and Onions and Saute.

Add the seasoning and salt to taste.

Peppered Goat Meat instructions

  1. Cut the goat meat in small pieces,rinse and boil with salt,onion and star cubes with intense heat for 40mins it has to be chewable..

  2. Blend the fresh pepper with ginger. Bleach redoil and fry onion and the blended fresh pepper then put in the goat meat fry all in 20minutes..

If you're using bell peppers, Saute till till the pepper loses almost all it's retained water.

Wash the goat meat and put in a sizeable pot.

Pour water to cover the meat and then some.

I love lots of water in my pepper soups.

Goat meat is tough so use a pressure cooker to cook it if you have one.
