Matter keema kaleji. Keema Kaleji is mutton mince cooked with liver chunks that makes an amazing side dish with chapatis and rice. Kheema happens to be the most loved mutton delicacy in my house and we also have it in Sehri during Ramadan. It's tasty, easy to cook and delicious of course.
The liver has a chewy, rubber-like texture, whereas keema melts in mouth in a matter of seconds.
A great dinner party dish that your guests would love to indulge in!.
In addition to the flavours, this dish is a hit because of its rich interplay of textures as well.

Ingredients of Matter keema kaleji

Prepare of mutton keem.

Prepare of kaleji.

Prepare of finely chopped onion.

You need of finely chopped tomatoes.

It’s of peeled garlic ponds.

Prepare of green cardamom.

Prepare of gram masala powder.

I had originally planned to make a Liver Fry and some Keema Matar , but then I decided to combine the two, and make a batch of Keema Kaleji.
The ingredients were easily available and the cooking method was simple and easy.
The only change that I made was that after adding the water, I placed the cooking vessel on a tawa on slow fire and let it cook for a while.
Pair this with rice or roti for a wholesome meal.
Matter keema kaleji step by step

Firstly 4 green cardamom and black pepper powder take a crushed it or coarser blend it keep it a side.

Now take a bowl put mutton keema, kaleji and properly twice wash it.

Now heat the cooker with mustard oil then add remaining green cardamom, cloves, cinnamon stick, cumin,bayleaf stir and crinkled it.

Then add onion saute it becomes translucent then add mutton keema and kaleji mix it properly now add turmeric powder to taste salt stir and mix well.

Now cover and cook for 1o min on medium flame.

When keema turns nice brown in colour then add garammasala powder,red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, ginger, prepared black pepper powder, garlic stir and mix it properly then add chopped tomatoes again mix it well.

Now again cover and cook for 5 min when spices separates till oil.

Then add green peas, as required water mix it well now pressure cook up to 2whistles then turn on the lower flame and agian cook for 5 min.

Now turn off the flame and let it cool down then open the lid and add meet masala powder, coriander leaves,pure ghee mix it properly.

Now it is ready for serve u can enjoy it chapati or rice.
Ingredients of Keema Matar Recipe: A delicious blend of minced meat and peas sauteed in a thick mixture of stimulating flavors like cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon.
I make the keema matar kaleji too by this same recipe.
I just boil the liver pieces in a separate pan with salt and turmeric.
When the liver pieces are soft and done and almost dry in the cooking liquid , add them to the cooked keema matar. i do it with the leftover keema matar sometimes .
