Wash and soak quinoa in water for overnight..

Heat dosa tawa. Grease with oil. Wipeout with tissue paper. Pour 2 ladleful of prepared quinoa- cucumber dosa batter on it. Spread it as shown. Sprinkle little oil on edges. Roast on medium flame. As the lower side turns crispy brown, flip over and cook another side for few minutes..
