We use more commonly available gelatin and add sweetened condensed milk for a touch of creaminess.

Peel the skin of mangoes and chop them. Keep all the ingredients ready..

Add mangoes to a mixer jar along with 1/4 cup sugar and grind to a fine paste.

In another saucepan put 3 grams of china grass to hot boiling water until it is dissolved.

To the mango puree add 1/2 cup fresh cream, 1/4 cup milk and keep mixing on medium low flame until everything combines well.

Add a pinch of salt and strain the china grass mixture to the mango mixture.

Cook for few more minutes and allow the mixture to reach room temperature..

Once the mixture cools down, add them to serving bowls/glass and refrigerate for atleast 6 hours..

After the pudding is set, add chopped mangoes and cherries and top and serve chilled.
