Take urad dal washed it properly and soak in water for 2 hourrs.after 2 hrs. Drain off the excess water and blend it in smooth texture paste..

Now take whole wheat flour add sooji,urad dal paste,chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, hing,garam masala, salt, chilli-ginger paste,oil. Mix it well.Add water as required, knead a firm dough. Grease it with oil cover and rest for 15 min..

Give it a mix.take a small portion of the dough.apply some oil and roll it do not roll very thin. Deep fry it in hot oil until turns golden brown..

Take a pan turn on the flame put and heat up some oil add cumin seeds let it crackle then add hing,ginger,chilli,chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric,garam masala,salt.Mix it well on low heat..

Now add tomatoes and fry it for 10 min until it separates the oil. Then add potatoes,Kasuri methi. Mix it well, add water and boil it for 10 min.add coriander leaves. Aloo ki subji is ready..

Take curd add water to make raita. Mix it well add boondi,salt and cumin powder in it for good taste..

Plate and serve yummy,delicious and healthy traditional thali with some salad,pickle and papad..
