  1. Cut up the potatoes into cubes and place in a baking tray with half of the stuffing, olive oil, rosemary and garlic powder then place in the oven for 30 mins at 200 degrees.

  2. While the potatoes are cooking cut up your turkey into thin strips.

  3. Afterwards mix water with the cornflour and put the rest of the stuffing in a separate bowl.

  4. Heat a pan with olive oil and soak the turkey in the cornflour mix then coat with the stuffing and add to the oil and cook roughly on both sides to give it some crispness.

  5. Next put the turkey on a baking tray and place in the oven with the potatoes for around 10 minutes.

  6. Cut up the spring onions, half an onion and cut the carrots into strips and place on the same pan from the turkey and sauté with Chilli flakes.

  7. Add the turkey into the pan and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.

  8. Serve your potatoes and turkey on a plate with your favorite sauce and enjoy ! X.
