  1. You need 100 ml of Oatmeal.

  3. You need 2 tbsp of Dried wakame seaweed.

  5. You need 1 tbsp of Green onions (finely sliced).

  6. It’s 1 dash of Nori seaweed (thinly sliced).

You can use quick oats, but add an extra tablespoon or two.

In a medium bowl, combine the milk, coconut sugar, nut butter, flaxseed meal, cinnamon, vanilla, and sea salt until blended.; Stir in the oats.
