  2. It’s 1/2 cup of curd.

  3. Prepare 1 cup of sugar.

  6. You need 1/4 tsp of baking soda.

  7. You need 1/2 cup of oil.

Sooji Cake instructions

  1. Mix semolina, curd, sugar, cocoa powder in mixing jar and grind it nicely.

  2. Now put it in a bowl add oil mix it now add baking powder and soda mix it fast now add 1/2 spn tuti fruity and mix it.

  3. Grease a baking tin pour the battr in it add poopy seed and tuti fuity bake it in preheated oven for 30-35 mins.. Cool it completely.

I have to say, this is one of my fav cake that i have baked.

I totally love the texture of the cake because the crispy part of the cake is really too good.
