Add soaked rice and cook 75%.(1kani taq)..

Take another pot, heat up the oil and fry onions until becomes pinkish..

Add chicken and cook on medium high heat until colour changed..

Add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes..

Add green chilli and ginger paste,Tamarind and prune cook for few seconds..

Add salt, biryani masala and all spices (garam masala) and cook on medium heat until chicken gets tender..

Take a same pot, add make layers..

Once layering is done. Add yellow food colour on top and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes on low flame..
