Barbati dal pakoda. Chana Dal Pakora, Dal pakoda or Bengal Gram fritters are easy pakora recipe with chana dal, besan, spice and adding little onion for crunch. Another great snack for tea time, it works great as appetizer for get-together or party too. This chana dal pakoda is similar to Masala Vade I just added besan (chickpeas flour), rice flour to make this into pakoda, it's super yum.
Mung beans is high in fiber and protein and low in GI.
Mung dal pakodas is generally liked by everyone.

You need 200 gram of Barbatti daal.

Prepare 1 cup of Besan flour.

You need 4-5 of Green chilli.

You need 1 spoon of Soaf.

Prepare 4-5 leaf of Curry patta.

Prepare 1/4 tbsp of Ajwain.

You need 1/4 tbsp of Cumine seeds.

You need 1/4th spoon of Garlic paste.

It’s 1/4 tbsp of Ginger paste.

You need 1/3 tbsp of Red chilli powder.

Prepare as per taste of Salt.

I have tried so many times to post a pakoda recipe but it never really happened so this time I made up my mind I have, this was part of starter for a small get-together we had this Sunday.

Barbati dal pakoda step by step

Firstly take 200gram of barbatti daal soak in water for 4-5hours then remove water from it after 4hours and wash it properly,then grander it little bite in mixcer,side by side take 1cup of besan flour..

Also take mixture of(green chilli, Curry patta,ajwain, cumine seeds, garlic, Ginger,, coriander leaves,soaf) from mixcer..

Mix this green paste, grander daal,besan flour together add salt as per taste,red chilli powder and pinch of Hing powder mix it well and in pan by adding oil fry it till its colour becomes red brown and tasty pakode is ready to serve.
