Keeping time crunch in mind this was the recipe which was shortlisted and suggested by my mother in law.

Makhane ke Laddoo step by step

  1. Firstly makhane dry roast it for 5 mins. then blend in mixture like powder.

  2. Then wheat flour dry roast it for 8 mins on medium flame.then add 3 teaspoon ghee again fry it 3 minutes.

  3. Then makhane powder, roasted wheat flour, dry fruits powder, cardamom powder and sugar powder and ghee all mix it very well then make it Laddoo.

The ingredients used in this recipe are quite few and are very healthy.

The best part is, it hardly require any cooking and can be made.
