Add black pepper corns,cloves,black cardamom and cumin seeds,mix well and fry until onion are golden brown.

  1. Soak lentil a in warm water for 4 to 5 hour. Boil with 2 cups of water till half cook and set aside (do not discard the lentil water). In a pot add oil and sliced onion, fry till light brown..
