Mixed vegetable crispy pakoda. I took another user's advice and diced the vegetables and just mixed them with the batter. The vegetables I used were spinach potato carrot cauliflower and onion. They're addictive, and one of Pakistan and India's most loved street food snack.
Drop ¼ cup-sized balls of pakora batter into the hot oil and fry the pakora a few minutes per side, rotating as needed, until pieces are golden brown and crisp.
With a slotted spoon, transfer the pakoras to a plate or baking sheet lined with paper towels.

They are perfect for any occasion, not to mention they are a favorite with all -young or old!
These bite-sized snacks are fried to crispy golden-brown perfection.
I serve pakoras with tamarind or cilantro chutney.
When cooked right they are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Take a bowl and add gram flour…

Then add rice flour,ginger garlic paste,ajwain,cumin,souf,asafoetida mix it…

Now add all vegetable and mix it….

Add red chili powder,coriander powder,chat masala,garam masala,cumin powder,salt, baking soda and mix well again…

Now add little water 2-3 tbl spoon and mix everything with hands and make a thick better…

Heat the oil at medium high heat and drop pakoras in oil..

Turn and cook them till they are golden brown.

Any pakora is a favorite at home. by now I must have posted many Varieties of Pakoda recipes . depending on the veggie you use, the pakora will also taste different.
To make veg pakora, combine all the ingredients, except the besan and rice flour in a deep bowl and mix well.; Add the besan, rice flour and approx. ½ cup of water and mix well.
Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, drop spoonful of the mixture using your fingers and deep-fry a few pakoras at a time on a medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides.
Though these were very much like the regular mixed vegetable pakodas, just corn flour and besan gives a different taste and the double deep frying makes these very crispy.
