  2. Mix in yogurt & add in 1cup semolina. Let the mixture rest for 15 mins.Keep to covered. After 15 mins mixture will become little thick.Add in luke warm milk as required. Now goes in baking powder, baking soda & vanilla extract..

  3. Give a good mix.Do not over mix. Pour the mixture into parchment paper lined baking. sprinkle dry fruits of your choice. I used dried cranberries, resins & dried apricots. Bake the cake in preheated oven for around 20 mins.at 180 degrees. Cake is ready. Enjoy it with hot cuppa tea or coffee..
