Now slowly-slowly start adding water in it & whisk them immediately so that no lumps are formed in the batter..

Whisk batter for 4-5 minutes continuously & in the end batter’s consistency will be medium thick..

Remember, to make pakoda’s crispy, you have to fry them twice, first on medium flame till Besan coating is set & second time in high flame till they turn into golden brown in colour..

After 10-15 minutes, take a kadhai, add oil in it & keep the gas on medium flame..

Now dip aloo-onion slices sticked together with marination chutney in batter & drop them in oil one by one..

Fry them for 1-2 minutes, till Besan coating is set & then take them out in a plate & let them cool down properly..

After some time, again turn on the gas & keep it on high flame..

Add all pakoda in oil & fry them for 3-4 minutes, till they become golden brown in colour..
