It is nice that you can adjust the heat level by adjusting the amount of the habanero powder you use.
You can also make the chili thicker with the included Masa flour but I don't bother with it.

In a large pot, Cook onion/garlic/habanero peppers in olive oil until onion is translucent.

Add turkey and pork. Cook until done over medium flame. Break up tirkey and pork into small pieces and mix well as they cook..

Add remaining ingredients, (except roux), and bring to a boil..

Reduce heat and simmer over low heat for at least an hour, stirring occasionally..

Just before serving, add roux and stir until sauce thickens to the desired consistency. (Optional).

Serving options:: over cooked charro beans, shredded cheese and diced fresh onion on the side, or over a bed of Fritos for a very tasty Frito Pie!.
