Since we have a spicy chole pindi that is being served on this meal plate, we have added a simple raita prepared with finely chopped tomato, onion and cucumber and curd that is whipped until smooth and creamy.

Take wheat flour, chane ka aata and all its ingredients and make dough for Puri.

For raita.

Take dahi grated kheera and all masala into it.

For chole.

Boil chole with Amla and salt.

Cut potatoes in cubes and fry it till golden brown.

Take kadai put oil or butter, jeera hing, tejpatta,laung,Kali mirch,chopped tomatoes and fried potatoes.

Take small bowl add turmeric powder,red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, Kasuri methi, amchur powder, chole masala, anar Dana pinch of sugar and mix well.

Put all the above mixed ingredients in the kadai and mix well.

Put boiled chole in it and mix well serve with masala Puri, raita.
