Heat the dosa pan and pour a tsp of oil..

Wipe off the oil with a kitchen towel.

Further sprinkle water over hot pan and wipe off completely. (This helps to cool the pan slightly, and get crispy – golden colour to dosa.).

Now pour a ladle full of dosa batter and spread in circular manner gently..

Keeping the flame on low add in chopped onions and chopped tomato in the center.

Add the boiled vegetables.

Add 2 tbsp tomato sauce and 2 tbsp chilli sauce..

Add in ½ tsp pav bhaji masala powder and salt to taste..

Add 1 tsp of butter and mix well.(optional).

Mash slightly without breaking the dosa.spread the stuffing covering the entire dosa..

Now sprinkle few chopped onions and coriander leaves.scrape the dosa from sides and fold half..
