The sandwiches are slightly crispy outside and cheesy inside.

Boil the sauce till it becomes reasonably thick.

Add salt, pepper and chopped chillies as per taste.

  1. You need 6 of Bread slices.

  2. You need 1 of onion finely chopped.

  3. Prepare 1 of tomato finely chopped.

  4. You need 1 cup of cauliflower finely chopped.

  5. Prepare 1 of capsicum finely chpped.

  6. It’s to taste of Salt.

  7. You need to taste of Red chilli powder.

  8. Prepare to taste of Black pepper.

Add boiled mixed vegetables and paneer.

Cook on low flame for a minute.

Add the sauteed vegetables to the baking tray and pour the remaining white sauce over it.
