  14. It’s 1 teaspoon of Ginger paste.

  15. It’s 3 tablespoons of onions chopped.

  16. Prepare 3 tablespoons of capsicum cubed.

  17. You need 2 tablespoons of cabbage shreds.

  18. It’s 1/2 cube of maggi veg nugget.

  19. It’s 2 tablespoon of brown onion paste.

  20. It’s 2 teaspoon of Soya sauce.

  21. You need of Chilli sauce as per taste.

  22. Prepare 2 teaspoon of Tomato ketchup.

  23. It’s of Salt as per taste.

  24. It’s 1 teaspoon of Black pepper powder.

  25. It’s 2 teaspoon of plain flour.

  26. Prepare of Few spoons of Chopped green onions for garnish.

Traditional chilli paneer can be prepared either semi-dry or gravy.

The quantity of sauce is just enough to coat the paneer, onions and peppers.

  9. Prepare a slurry by mixing plain flour in few teaspoons of water and add to the above mixture. Cook for few minutes..

  10. Add the fried paneer to the liquid mixture and mix well to coat. Switch off flame. Cover pan with lid for few minutes..

  11. Sprinkle some green onions on top and mix. Use some for garnishing..

  12. Use very good quality paneer for soft Paneer chilli. Other they tend to become rubbery and chewy..
