Potato Pakoda Sandwich step by step

  1. Take chicken in a bowl, sprinkle some Salt, 1/4 tsp cumin powder, 1/4 coriander powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and vinegar. Mix it well and marinate it for 10 mins..

  2. Later take a pan, put some oil and add marinated chicken into it and place it on a stove. Cook it till the chicken gets tender..

  3. Take another pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil. Add onion, fry it for 2 mins. Add in some salt and saute it till the onion get transparent. Take it away from stove..

  4. In transparent onion add mashed potatoes, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala powder and 1/2 tsp red chilli powder.. Mix it well..

  5. Once chicken done, shred it into a pieces and mix it well in potato mix..

  6. Make a thick gram flour batter by adding water, Salt, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder and 1/2 red chilli powder..

  7. Make round tikkis out of potato chicken Mix, dip it into Hasan batter and deep fry it till golden. Keep aside.

  8. Grind together coconut, coriander leaves, chilli, raw mango, Salt and make a chutney..

  9. Take 2 bread slices, apply chutney on one side of each slice, place a pakoda in between and sandwich the slices..

  10. Heat a frying pan and roast the slices by applying little butter..

  11. Serve hot with chutney /tomato sauce..
