Ingredients of Quick Rajma

  1. You need of big onion diced.

  2. You need of tomatoes diced.

  3. Prepare of ginger estimated.

  4. Prepare of garlic.

  5. You need of kasoori methi.

  6. It’s of kitchen king.

  7. It’s of rajma masala.

  8. You need of Approximately 2 tablespoon salt.

As a kid I was a picky eater and a vegetarian which meant no vegetables just Lentils.

While growing up both my parents were working and my sister was in college.

Quick Rajma step by step

  1. First blend all these=onion+ginger+garlic.make a smooth paste and strain extra water from it.

  2. Now blend tomatoes.

  3. Now in a heavy base pan first put only paste of onion.

  4. Cover it on high flame and soak quickly whole water.now in other small pan dry roast all spices and let it keep.

  5. Now in same pan put some oil and roast cumin seeds.

  6. Add it to onion mixture and let cook on high flame constantly.

  7. When it looks golden add tomatoes paste and dry roast spices together.

  8. Now stay on high flame and stir constantly.

  9. When it start leaving oil just then curry is ready.

  10. Add boiled rajma any time and add estimated water to make thick gravy.

  11. Enjoy quick rajma.
