In a bowl,add minced meat,carrots,onions and pepper,then add 1/4 tspn of each spice mentioned, and 2 seasoning cubes +1tspn of onga classic.

Mix all together,rub oil on ur palm and scoop the meat mix,make round small balls as shown..

After then dip each ball in flour and coat well,then add little oil in a pan shallow fry the meatballs as shown.

After they are fried,drain them,in the remaining oil add chopped onions.

2 tbson of ketchup,and 1tbspn of soy sauce,mix all and fry on low heat for 1min.
