  1. Firstly boil hot water in a big pan add salt and 1 tspoon of oil and than add noodles. Please cook noodles only 80 percent so it can not break and not become sticky. strain noodles and spread noodles in big plate and put in some open space so it can not be sticky..

  2. Now in big pan hit 3 tspoon oil. We are doing all process in high flame. and not overcooked any vegetables as we want crunchy veggies. Now first add ginger, chilli and garlic and saute till 30 seconds, Than add onion and saute it till 1 minutes. now add cabbage, carrot and capsicum and saute for 1.5 minutes..

After adding all veggies add all type of sauce one by one and mix it. saute for 1 minutes so sauce can mix in veggies. now add cooked maggi noodles and than mix it with very carefully so noodles dont break and our chow mein looks so delicious.In last add salt as per your taste and also add black paper powder cause black paper gives very unique taste to oue chow mein.
