  1. Prepare 1 of full Kaleji (with heart and kidneys) cut into small cubes.

  2. It’s 3 of tomatoes (peel off the skin and cut them).

Bbq kaleji step by step

  1. Put oil in a pan and add Ginger garlic paste..

  2. Now add Kaleji and bhonofy it..

  3. Now add tomatoes, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder and bhonofy it..

  4. Add water to tenderize it..

  5. When Kaleji is tenderized, add BBQ sauce, worestershire sauce, soya sauce, chilli sauce, hot sauce, oregano leaves, thyme and salt..

  6. Again bhonofy it. Take heated Koyla in a foil and put in between it, put few drops of oil on heated koyla and cover it with lid for 1 minute..

  7. Now serve it hot with different types of chutneys/ ketchup..

Serve with hot chapati, raita and a lemon green salad.

Set kaleji on grill and cook on slow flame.

In another way put on skewers and bbq it on coal.

Put skewers on bbq grill/pan fry until done (all sides) and basting with oil.
