  1. Half Boil, Peel and cut kachalu in small pieces. Must remain firm, so donot overcook..

  2. In a pan heat little oil add ginger, saute. Now add all the spices and kachalu pieces and mix well. Sprinkle little water, Cover and cook until everything mix well..

  3. Mix tamarind water, stir..

  4. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve..
