Potato paneer cutlets. Potato and Paneer Cutlets is an Indian version of cutlets and is quite easy-to-make at home, as it involves only a handful of ingredients like green chilies, peas, paneer and potato. One can consume them as evening snacks or appetizers on occasions like kitty parties, game nights or birthdays. The combination of paneer and potato is so good, so I decided to use it for this cutlet.
I had some bread crumbs which I used to coat the cutlets.
As we are using very little oil here, the bread crumbs add so much crispness to the cutlets.

Prepare 2 tbsp of Tomato ketchup.

Take a bowl.

Add 3 boiled mashed potatoes.

1 cup granted paneer 1 chopped onion.

3 chopped green chillies 1 packet maggi masala.

1tsp garam masala 1 tsp amchoor powder.

Salt to taste.

Add 2tbsp cornflour.

Mix all ingrediants.

Now make cutlets by mixing spices.

Take a pan heat two cups oil in a pan.

Now dip fry the cutlets in oil….

Garnish the cutlets with ketchup on top and serve😋😋😋.
I thought of infusing Paneer with Potato to make something which is full of carbs and protein.
This ensures no water is retained in the potato, so no sogginess.
Potato, maida are added for binding.
If your cutlet breaks, you can add more maida or even grind a bread slice and mix with the mixture for troubleshooting.
