  1. Prepare 1 bowl of semolina.

  2. Prepare 2 tb of sp gram flour.

  5. It’s 3 bowls of water.

  6. You need 4 of Green cardamom.

  7. You need 8-10 of almonds.

  8. You need 8-10 of cashew nuts.

  10. It’s 2 tb of sp desiccated coconut powder.

Halwa Prashad step by step

  1. Heat pure ghee in a wok. When ghee is heated add semolina and gram flour and roast it on low flame..

  2. Heat water in a pan. Add sugar in it and mix. Heat the solution till sugar gets dissolved in water. Add coarsely grinded Green cardamoms in this solution..

  3. Roast semolina about 10 to 12 minutes or till it turn golden or an aroma starts coming from semolina. Add cashew, almonds and magaj and mix well..

  4. Keep on stirring the mixture constantly. Add sugary water and stir continuously. When the mixture is a little thick add desiccated coconut powder and mix well..

  5. Keep on stirring continuously till it gets thick. Switch off the flame..

  6. Serve hot with milk..
