Prepare 250 gms of Snake gourd.

It’s 4 tsp of sesame seeds.

You need 3 of red chillies.

It’s to taste of salt.
The plant is a creeper which gives very long and lean snake gourd.the name snake gourd is arrived from its appearance like snakes…when we touch this vegetable , our hand smell in strong odor which we don't like.
Add chopped snake gourd to the pan saute them well along with onions and tempering.
Add boiled garbanzo (kabuli channa), add prepared paste and boiled daal mix it well.
Cut SnakeGourd into bite size pieces and boil them in water, until they are tender enough.

Clean and peel the snake gourd.Then chop it into small pieces..

Heat kadai and put the pieces into.Add salt to taste and little water and allow it to cook..

Take sesame seeds and red chilli in a plate.Dry roast them..

Then grind in mixer coarsely..

Once the gourd is cooked and all the water evaporates, then add this sesame powder and mix well..

Remove from flame.Serve hot with plain rice and sambhar as side dish..
Add some salt to the water.
Can use Microwave/ stovetop also fine.
Add chopped potlakaya/snake gourd and fry for a while.
Add turmeric powder, asafoetida and salt.
Sprinkle a little water to it and cover.
