We soak this cowpea and grind with few masala, steam and cut like fish shape.
We roast in Tawa, add this vegetarian fish into the curry which, we prepare with onion,tomato and tamarind water as thin curry.

In a cooking pan, heat a tbsp of oil and fry the chopped onions and tomatoes. Cool down and grind them to a smooth paste..

In the same pan, add a tbsp of oil and fry the banana blossoms..

Inside the fried banana blossoms, add in the grounded onion tomato paste And mix well.

Add in the grounded coconut paste and mix well.

Pour the tamarind Water and enough water for the Curry..

Add in the Red chili powder, coriander powder and enough salt for the Curry..

Add the coarsely grounded cumin seeds, garlic and pepper corns. Check for salt, spice and Consistency. Cover and cook till the oil separates..

In another pan, heat a tbsp of oil and add the items under tamper. Saute for a minute and pour into the prepared curry..

Finally sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves. Vegetarian fish curry is ready to serve..
