During amla season I usually buy them in bulk and prepare Niluva Usirikaya Pacchadi and store it upto an year so that I can prepare Amla Pacchadi or Amla rice with it.

Soak rice for 15 mins, for 1 glass rice add 2 glasses of water and 1/2 tsp of oil and cook it..

Clean Amla and tap it with dry cloth..

Cut Amla into pieces and remove the seeds.

Take a mixer jar add Amla pieces and 1 green chilli. Grind it coarse paste..

Spread the cooked rice in plate and let it cool..

Take a Kadhai add 2 1/2 tsp of oil let it heat for a second then add mustard seeds once it starts splutting then add urad and Chana dal, ground nuts, cashew nuts, once it starts changing colour then add jeera, green and red chillies, curry leaves. Fry everything well on medium low flame and add hing..

Now add coarsely grind amla paste, turmeric powder and salt, mix everything well..

Now add the seasoning on the rice mix everything well and garnish it with coriander leaves..
