  7. Take out equal sized small balls from the mixture and roll them into smooth buns..

  8. Arrange on a greased baking tray and keep covered in a warm place for 30 to 45 minutes till the buns rise well. Then preheat the oven to 180°c for 10 minutes..

  9. Brush the paav buns with milk gently. Place in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes till golden on top..

  10. Remove them and brush with Butter, keep covered till used and enjoy..
