  1. Rice ko soak karein 30 min ke liye tab taki sare veg cut karle.

  2. Gajar,alu or mutter ko boil karein.

  3. Boil karke stir karle veg.

  4. Ek kadai ya pan me pani garam karne rakhe pani ho jaye tab rice add karke pakane de.

  5. Rice pak gaye he ab rice ko stir karle.

  6. Rice me 2 tsp ghee dale lemon juice or 1/2 tsp biryani masala or swad anusar salt bhi add karein.
