  1. Prepare 200 grams of Whittaker white chocolate blocks.

  2. Prepare 2 large of Betal leaves chopped.

  3. It’s 1 bowl of Gulkand.

  4. Prepare 1/4 bowl of Coated silver Elaichi.

  5. You need 1/2 bowl of Mouth freshener.

  6. Prepare as required of Edible green powder colour.

  7. Prepare 8-9 drops of Paan essence.

Paan Chocolate Bar step by step

  1. In a bowl, finely chop betal leaves. Add silver ilachi, mouth freshner, gulkand and keep aside.

  2. In a double boiler, put chopped whittaker white chocolate compound and keep stirring till it melts..

  3. Once melted, turn off the flame and take off the bowl. Now add green food colour to it..

  4. Mix and temper the chocolate well till it turns shiny and cools down to room temperature.

  5. Add paan essence drops to the chocolate and mix..

  6. In chocolate bar mould, put 1st bowls paan gulkand mix as base and then pour 2nd bowl chocolate mix on it..

  7. Tap once to remove air bubbles if any. (Dont tap much so the base paan design doesnt disappears from base)..

  8. Once set well on room temp, keep it in fridge fr 10-15 mins. Once done, demould it and serve..
