Paneer shawarma roll step by step

  1. First we need to prepare the khubees by making a soft dough, take wheat flour, plain flour, salt, water, baking soda, baking powder, water to kneed the soft sticky dought and then add some oil while softening, keep it aside for half n hour..

  2. Now roll the khubees just like roti, make sure you make it thin and cook over a medium flame from both the sides..

  3. And wrap in into a kitchen towel or silver foil, prepare all the khubees like this and keep it aside..

  4. Prepare salad- Now take a vessel and add 2 cups of water to a pan, add vinegar, salt, sugar and leave it till water starts boiling..

  5. Then add carrot, cabbage, cucumber, onions, beetroot.

  6. Still well and leave the veggies into water till water gets cool and then after place it to refrigerator for 10 min..

  7. Then take out the veggies into a mixing bowl add mayonnaise, oregano, mixed herbs and mix well..

  8. Now prepare paneer shawarma- Cut paneer into slices and keep it aside..

  9. Take a big mixing bowl add curd, and dry masalas one by one like red chilli powder, black pepper powder, Amchur powder, garam masala, dhania powder, ginger garlic paste, tomato ketchup, haldi powder..

  10. Maggi masala, soy sauce, salt as/ taste and mix well to make a coating..

  11. Now coat the paneer pieces with it..

  12. Now take a grill pan, heat 2 tbsp oil and place these paneer slices over it and cook from both the sides till they look crispy..

  13. Now take out the prepared khubees, spread some tomato ketchup, mayonnaise, some oregano, place roasted paneer slices, salad and roll it with the help of silver foil..

  14. Or you can pork some tooth pick in the middle..

  15. Now add some butter and cook these roll until golden and crisp..

  16. Serve hot with chutney and salad..
